Walk through every room, plus the garage, patio and any storage space, and note the large furniture. That list is what lets us recommend the right crew and truck.
Point out heavy and fragile items early
Tell us about oversized, heavy or delicate pieces when you request your quote, so the crew arrives prepared for them.
Check access at both homes
Stairs, long walkways, steep driveways, gate codes and where a moving truck can park all affect how long the day takes.
Have boxes packed and labeled by room
House moves are billed by the hour, so boxes that are sealed and marked with their room keep loading and placement quick. Packing help is available if you would rather not do it yourself.
Keep essentials with you
Documents, medication, keys, jewelry and anything you need that night travel best in your own car.

Local moving rates start at $139/hour for 2 movers and a truck. 3-hour minimum. Additional movers are available at $40/hour. If your pickup and delivery addresses are more than 15 miles apart, double drive time applies. We confirm all pricing details before booking.

It depends on the size of your home and the amount of furniture. A 2-person crew works well for smaller homes; 3 or 4 movers are better for larger homes or heavier furniture. We help you choose the right crew size after reviewing your move details.
Yes. We regularly handle fragile furniture, decor, marble pieces, artwork, and delicate items. Let us know what specialty items you have when requesting your quote so we can plan accordingly.
Yes. We can move garage items including tools, storage boxes, and furniture. For very large or heavy outdoor equipment, let us know in advance so we can plan the right crew and equipment.
Packing help is available. Let us know in advance and we can discuss what packing support fits your move and timeline.
Yes. Standard disassembly and reassembly of bed frames, dining tables, desks, shelving, and similar furniture is included as part of the move.
Every local move has a 3-hour minimum. After that, time is billed by the hour at the rate for your crew size.
Yes. Additional movers are available at $40/hour each. For a larger house, a bigger crew often finishes the job in fewer hours.
If your pickup and delivery addresses are more than 15 miles apart, the drive between them counts twice. That drive is already part of your job time, so the same drive time is added once more. For example, a 30-minute drive between your addresses adds another 30 minutes. At 15 miles or less, no extra time is added.
Card, Zelle, or other electronic payment uses an hourly rate that is $20 higher — a separately disclosed rate, not an added fee.
We work every day of the week. Our hours are Daily, 8 AM – 8 PM.
