Every move is different. Pricing depends on the size of the move, access conditions, stairs, elevators, parking availability, packing requirements, specialty items, and the time required to complete the job. Tell us about your furniture and access by phone, text or email, and we confirm your hourly rate, crew size and minimum before the move. If you prefer, we can visit, look at your items in person and provide an estimate. Either way, we'll explain any factors that may affect the final cost.

Yes. Local moves have a 3-hour minimum.

Yes. The moving truck — 18 to 26 feet, sized to your move — is included in your hourly rate. There's no separate truck fee.

Furniture pads, shrink wrap, and moving tape are included with every move. Wardrobe boxes are included for qualifying moves.

Yes. Additional movers are available at $40/hour.

If your pickup and delivery addresses are more than 15 miles apart, the drive between them counts twice. That drive is already part of your job time, so the same drive time is added once more. For example, a 30-minute drive between your addresses adds another 30 minutes. At 15 miles or less, no extra time is added. It covers only the drive between your pickup and delivery addresses. Whether it applies to your move is shown in your Booking Confirmation.

Moving times can be affected by building access, elevators, stairs, parking, traffic, weather, packing needs, and other factors outside anyone's control.

Long-distance pricing is based on the distance between origin and destination, the size and weight of the load, and any additional services such as packing. We provide a detailed written estimate after reviewing your move.
