VALUATION TARIFF
AVRAMOVING Valuation Tariff
Tariff version 2026.1 · Effective 2026-07-01
What Valuation Coverage Is
Full Value Protection is a carrier liability option, not a separate insurance policy. It determines how much AVRAMOVING is liable for if an item is lost or damaged during your move — it does not create a third-party insurance contract.
Released Value Protection has no additional charge and limits carrier liability to $0.60 per pound per article, regardless of an item’s actual or declared value.
How the Valuation Charge Is Calculated
The Full Value Protection valuation charge under the AVRAMOVING Valuation Tariff is 10% of the declared shipment value (tariff version 2026.1, effective 2026-07-01). This rate is established by AVRAMOVING under its own Valuation Tariff.
The declared value and the resulting valuation charge are included in your revised Not-to-Exceed total. The minimum declared valuation may be subject to applicable shipment-weight requirements (a minimum of $6.00 per pound of estimated shipment weight) and the carrier tariff.
Example
Declared shipment value: $20,000
Valuation charge (10%): $2,000
Third-Party Insurance
Third-party moving insurance is separate from Full Value Protection and Released Value Protection. AVRAMOVING does not sell, arrange, or endorse third-party insurance and does not provide it unless expressly stated in writing.
